Before anything else, I would like to thank SAKOM once again for the provided scholarship. I perceive receiving a scholarship as a reward for my hard work during my entire schooling. Moreover, it gives me additional motivation and desire to invest more effort and energy in achieving my goals for the future.
Studying at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences taught me the basics of Information Technology and Management, which can help me develop new solutions in the IT industry and medicine, traffic, tourism, and many others. After completing my undergraduate and master’s studies, I wish to continue further improving my knowledge in web programming, web design, and graphic design. I have been a very creative person since I was a child. I was involved in drawing, painting, and creating. I think that by choosing this profession, I will have the opportunity to express my creativity and imagination more.
So far, I have not had the opportunity to visit Azerbaijan, but if I had that opportunity, I would first of all like to get to know their culture, language, and national cuisine. I researched the characteristic tourist places of Azerbaijan, and some of the most exciting locations in the capital Baku are Icherisheher – the Old City, the Carpet Museum, Heydar Aliyev Center, the Maiden’s Tower, the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, and the Flame Towers. In addition to Baku, I was also impressed by the Mud Volcanoes, Gobustan and Absheron National Parks, as well as the city of Shaki, because it is characterized by its fascinating architecture. I hope if I am ever given the opportunity to visit Azerbaijan, I will use this trip in the best possible way, meet new people, and gain new unforgettable experiences.
