Stepcon
"The whole is greater than the sum of its parts." - Aristotle
Guided by this idea, the STEPCON company, becoming a member of SAKOM, is sure that with its small participation in large projects which Azvirt company realizes in Serbia will contribute to the successful completion of capital projects implemented by the joint efforts of our two countries.
Our conviction confirm construction of Bridge 16 on Belgrade Byass Project. Good realization of this project is the result of professional cooperation between the companies Azvirt and Stepcon. The trust that has been created between our two companies is the basis for long-term successful relationships to mutual satisfaction.
Bridge 16 project - Belgrade bypass
We started construction on February 1, 2020 and faced many of problems in the beginning: adverse weather conditions, marshy ground, the beginning the pandemic Covid-19, the weaknesses of the Main Design and much more.
We were not discouraged ... we have continued step by step ...
After the first one, we have continued...the second, the third ... so much concrete.
We did not give up, but the swamp did not give up either!
Despite all the obstacles, the result was becoming more visible day by day.
And now, a year after the start, we are here...
"Productivity is never an accident.
It is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning, and focused effort." - Paul J. Meyer
STEPCON is also proud of our engineering team who have shown on this project their professionalism and top dedication to work, but above all, the loyalty to the company they are working for.
STEPCON is also proud of engineers who are not involved on Project Bridge 16, but they prove their professionalism on other projects, especially on the projects in Montenegro.
In Montenegro, we are focused on Vrbnica-Bar railway rehabilitation projects.
And finally, we hope that all our future projects will be successful and that our success will be based on good partnership between Azvirt and Stepcon.
I look forward to working together to achieve common goal –
Sanja Dejanović-Raičević, CEO
