When it came time for me to enroll in college, I tried to become aware that I was embarking on a difficult journey, which outcome I may not know immediately after graduation. I knew that I would need a lot of material resources to persevere in my goal. Of course, I knew that I could not achieve it on my own and all at once, so I decided to apply for a scholarship granted by SAKOM, which in many ways made it easier for me to study. Firstly, by receiving this scholarship, I can more efficiently allocate the costs related to the faculty and tuition, and the basic living expenses. This scholarship brought me some material security and made the material part of my studies more accessible. With the help of scholarship and wonderful people I met within this organization, I managed to make my student life more beautiful and safer.
In addition to material expenses during my studies, I often thought about what position I would have in society once this period arrived. In the future, I see myself as a person who pursues goals, strives to achieve them, and puts sincere hopes, commitment, and maximum effort into the presence of work in the profession. Since I am studying law, I hope to be a lawyer, and I see myself as a human rights activist. I hope that, following the example of SAKOM, I will be able to help people in my environment.
On the other hand, I would like to travel more in the future, which immediately leads me to think about Azerbaijan, offering so many interesting places to visit and enjoy. In addition to the capital Baku, I would like to see the Gobustan National Park, Noah’s Grave Tomb, and Yanar Dag.
